Take it! Claim your Healing

Winter has arrived in Florida. Some of us are getting a little frost on our tropical plants and some of us have covered plants with sheets and others brought the most delicate ones into our patios and lanai’s. In our home this past Wednesday, we were warm in the Lord and taught about five healing realities that are ours to TAKE. Click here for the complete healing teaching. Those five realities are described further. They are: The Word, Communion, Prayer, New Birth and Gifts of Healing. Remember that we are already healed according to what the Bible says in,

I Peter 2:24, Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. AND

Isaiah 53:5

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

When something is said twice, it is established. We are and were healed by the works of Jesus Christ. We are healing and have the power to heal others. Lets get busy, making the healing realities a part of our everyday lives! Check out our page on Preaching, Teaching and Healing page for more teachings.

Grace and Truth Came by Jesus Christ

This past week we moved our bible fellowship to Wednesdays. We were missing too many Thursday evenings to other commitments. We gathered around our table and shared again on Grace. This time, a teaching Rick prepared a few years ago, and hadn’t yet taught it. It is uploaded on our Fellowship page, scroll down to the new uploaded teaching. Our evening was filled with the Word and how in John 1:17, It is explained that The law was given by Moses but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. Rick also taught about how Jesus Christ is not God and how the first part of John 1 explains that. When John wrote this Gospel in about 90 A.D., people were already mistaking the Messiah for God. After fellowship, we made chai lattes, shared sweets and best wishes for the upcoming Holidays. Bless you and keep you as you travel to visit family or family comes to you. Check out our page Teach, Preach and Heal for this teaching and more.

Blog for December 3, 2017 – Grace

This past Sunday, we had an open fellowship at our home. More than 20 believers gathered to hear the Word taught by Rev. Rico Magnelli. He taught on Moving Ahead with Grace. He said that Grace from God is like the air we breath. It is all around us all the time, everywhere! God offers grace to those who believe on Him. God does it out of love for his children, it is not something we work to attain. Rico highlighted three men from the Bible who received Grace from God. The three men were Noah in Genesis 6:5-7; Jesus Christ in Luke 1:30 and 2:40; and Paul in Philippians 3:13 and 14, and I Corinthians 15. Rico said, Grace allows you to move forward in your life, like a gentle breeze moving across your path. We have more to learn about Grace in our Bible Fellowship.

After the teaching, we enjoyed sweet and savory snacks, walking in the garden and sweet fellowship with fellow believers. Here are some pictures from our day together.

Blog for November 15, 2017 – Listening for God’s still small voice

Rick and I spent two weeks this past November, following one of our favorite Fall highways. We drove up to Pennsylvania to a shell show. We made a long days stop at Longwood Gardens, in Kennett Square, PA. Then drove to the Delaware shore to stay at Dewey Beach, DE. After several days we began our drive south along the Outer Banks. Rick posted many pictures from this trip, including two spectacular sunsets. We beach combed, ate plenty of seafood and enjoyed the cooler nights at Cape Hatteras and on Ocracoke Island, NC.

What I wanted to share with all of you is how we found Peace in our hearts on this trip. Many people look for a sign from God to guide them through their life. Instead of seeking a sign, we should listen for God always. Where will we hear his voice?

Watch and listen two the two short videos that accompany this blog. I found God’s voice in the falling rain and at the shore of the beach. Like it says in:

Psalm 23:2b He leadeth me beside the still waters.

Psalm 29:3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon many waters.

1 Kings 19:12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.

We find the still small voice of God when we listen, not to the roaring wind or mighty earthquakes, but in the quiet moments.

September 9, Our Identity in Christ

It is Saturday morning in Southwest Florida. Not one of our regular Saturdays when we are up with Yoga, market strolling and then a leisurely lunch at one of our favorite spots. We are prepared, preparing for a little extra wind and rain from Miss Irma. She has been lingering in the Caribbean for sometime now, and we believe is now moving our way. Our God is powerful and mighty. See Psalm 91.

Our bible fellowship met this last Thursday and began our digging deeper into our weekend event, Our Identity in Christ. Our identity in Christ begins with our believing God’s Word, His promises and knowing we are a part of the body of Christ. The introduction to the major teachings is what we have to share with you today. We identify with Christ – the redeemer, the glorified and resurrected one. By His works, we are Justified, Righteous, Redeemed, Sanctified, and have the Ministry of Reconciliation.

September 4, Our Identity in Christ

Our Identity in Christ September 2 & 3, Cocoa, Florida.

WOW! We had the most Word filled weekend event. There were around 250 people from at least 18 states. We saw old and met new brothers and sisters in Christ, from a variety of places including: Hawaii, New York, Colorado, and Montana. Everything about the weekend was well planned, well executed and well received. This included Word filled teachings and original music. There was an incredible evening of music-filled entertainment.

The main teachings were about our rights as sons and daughters of God. They include and are not limited to: Justification, Sanctification, Redemption, Righteousness, and the Ministry of Reconciliation. Each one was taught by a dynamic minister. There were also break out sessions. These were on: Ministering Healing, Traveling Light, and Freedom in Christ.

We listened with intent to each teaching, took copious notes, and marked passages in our bibles for further research. We wrote questions to be explored later. We gave and received hugs from fellow believers, sometimes more than once.

In the coming weeks, our Blog will cover these teachings and break out sessions. Look for this Friday’s Blog on more of what we learned this past weekend. The these verse for this event was Romans 6:4.

Being Reconciled back to God

August 10, 2017

Welcome to our fellowship. Tonight we had our first virtual attendee. We set up Face Time, put the iPad on a tripod and scooted our sister in Christ right up to the table. Sometimes, we love technology. Once again we gathered around our table for the Word. Rick shared on our ministry of reconciliation. Reconcile is about change.

We spent a lot of time in II Corinthians 5, and Romans 5. Rick explained the three Greek words translated “reconcile” both verb and noun usages. We examined the scriptures where this word is used. He clarified, I Corinthians 3:9 – For we are labourers together

We must remember to speak the Word, for people to hear. (Romans 10:12-15) When they believe and change – they get reconciled back to God. Download Rick’s complete teaching from our website, Preach, Teach and Heal: The Evolution of a Christian Home Fellowship.

Bible Study – August 3, 2017

Here it is, time for bible study in our home. I spent some time cleaning the house for our guests. Tonight we had folks over early for a spaghetti dinner. After we shared our meal, we cleaned off the table, got out our bibles and our sister in Christ shared on Living Sanctified. John 17: 14-19, Romans 12:1 & 2, and I John 2:15-17 were just a few of the scriptures we studied. We learned that sanctification comes from believing two things, as it says in Romans 10:9 and 10, “ 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. It’s not works, not prayer, not lots of complicated tasks. We also learned that sanctification is a starting point on our walk with God and our Lord Jesus Christ. We need to grow up into the Word, and then reconcile others to God. You can download Christine’s complete teaching from our page, Preach, Teach, and Heal: The Evolution of a Christian Home Fellowship.

We also uploaded more of Rick’s teachings. you can download, read and share research based teachings. They are: Communion, Pentecost, Philippians Chapter 4, and Romans Chapter 8. Enjoy. Please Like our page and follow us. More next week.
